COVID-19 POLICIES

We are so excited to be able to open to serve our community, with that being said the virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to others by infected persons who have few or no symptoms. We must continue to observe practices that protect everyone. For the foreseeable future, TFO Salon will follow the following strict protocol to protect our clients and employees.

 

If you have any questions regarding these policies, please text or call the salon before your appointment to discuss.

 

We understand your salon experience will look a little different these next few months, but these rules are for everyone’s safety (and many are mandated by our licensing board). Thank you for your understanding, patience, and diligence.

 

Please be patient and flexible over the next few weeks as we adjust and fine-tune these policies as necessary to keep health and safety for everyone as our main concern.

  1. We will only be accepting clients with confirmed appointments. No walk-ins until further notice. 

  2. To ensure there are never more than 10 people in the salon at one time. Only one client per stylist is allowed in the salon. We will not provide our services to you if another person comes with you to your appointment. Please ask them to wait in the car. Children must stay seated as instructed with the parent.

  3. Please cancel your appointment at no charge if you are not feeling well, regardless of whether or not you believe the symptom is COVID-19 related. Please wait two weeks after you are symptom-free to reschedule your appointment.  

  4. Each client must wait in their car until we call or text you to enter the salon. Our waiting area will not be available. 

  5. Masks are optional for fully vaccinated clients and staff in the salon. Masks are still required for those who are not fully vaccinated. Any client may ask an artist to wear a mask.

  6. Clients will be given hand sanitizer as they enter the salon.

  7. When you enter the salon please proceed directly to your stylist’s chair. The station will be sanitized before your arrival.
